At Toy Questllc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policies below.
1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at service@toyquestllc.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@toyquestllc.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at service@toyquestllc.com.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@toyquestllc.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
8. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included.
